Bujinkan is the name of the collection of Martial Arts passed down to Soke Masaaki Hatsumi. These are a combination of Samurai and Ninja Arts.
Sometimes, for brevity the it is referrd to as Ninjutsu - i.e. the Martial Art of the Ninja, but strictly speaking Bujinkan encompasses a lot more.
